“The uniqueness of the program is that you get to meet teachers from different countries, different walks of life, and then to understand that everyone here from different countries wants to do the same thing, that’s teaching, and that’s been the main focus.

If anyone is being adventurous, willing to share and learn from many teachers, take back home a lot of memories and learn lots from everyone around. This is it.

So the initial challenge was to make the teachers understand objective behind the strategies that we use. But once the teachers understood the purpose of the strategies that we introduced to them, it was quite easy for them to relate to what we were saying.

And finally, when we see them in the class doing the strategies and the ideas and the techniques that were told to them, it was really good. And we also did see a lot of change from session one to session two amongst the teachers and also amongst the students.”
