Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Cookies enable us to display what matters to you, improve your experience and help us improve our services and to let us know if someone tries to access your account or violate our terms.

Targeting or Advertising cookies
From time-to-time, we engage third parties to track and analyse usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit our website. Inspiring Teachers sometimes uses cookies delivered by third parties to track the performance of our marketing advertisements. For example, cookies remember which browsers have visited our website. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after a company receives it. Inspiring Teachers may also contract third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from web beacons (see below) on our websites. Ad networks follow your online activities over time by collecting website navigational information through automated means, including through cookies. They use this information to send you advertising based on your web browsing activity. This process also helps us to manage and track the effectiveness of our marketing. Third parties who the company partners with to provide certain features on our websites or display advertising based on your web browsing activity, use Flash cookies to collect and store information.

Web Beacons
We use web beacons alone or with cookies to compile information about customers and visitors’ usage of our website and interaction with emails from the company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognise certain types of information on your computers, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular website tied to the web beacon and a description of the website tied to the web beacon. Inspiring Teachers may use web beacons in marketing emails that notify us when you click on a link in the email that directs you to our website. We use web beacons to operate and improve our website and email communications.

We also collect IP addresses from customers when they sign into the application section as part of our identity confirmation and IP range restrictions security features.
Do Not Track
Various browsers – including Chrome, Firefox and Safari – offer a do-not-track technology known as a DNT header. It sends the user’s browser DNT preference to websites they visit. Inspiring Teachers does not currently respond to DNT signals in part because no consistent standard of interpreting user intent or common industry standard is in place by industry groups, technology companies or regulators. We are committed to providing meaningful choice and will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology.
