When teachers have opportunities to grow, great things happen

Our Fellowships enable teachers to make an impact in another context during their summer break

  • We run 3-4 week Fellowship programs in January, June, July and August.
  • Fellows get trained as coaches, lead workshops and support teachers in their classrooms.
  • The experience equates to 100 hours of professional development.

Preparing for the program

Teachers apply, join and connect with their team. They get trained and equipped for their role as Fellows.

During the Fellowship

Fellows are supported to co-lead workshops and support teachers in schools through peer coaching.

Beyond their Fellowship

Having a network of passionate educators, teachers return to school energized with a new set of skills.

In planning for and running workshops, fellows engage with and master powerful techniques and become better teachers in their own classrooms.

Through training and work in schools, Fellows get to grips with coaching frameworks and build transferable skills that they can at their own schools.

How School Partnerships work

You can choose how may of your teachers you support and the level of subsidy you offer them — 10% or 100% it’s up to you.

2. Promote the opportunity

Our team will help you share the Fellowship opportunity with your teaching staff. We’ll send you a template email and some brochures you can use to share the opportunity.

We provide schools with:

  • Fellowship brochures
  • Ready made all-staff emails
  • Sign-up forms
3. We take care of the rest

We interview each applicant and once they are onboard we’ll introduce them to their team, and they’ll get an engaging series of training sessions before their Fellowship in the summer.

We manage:

  • Interview and onboarding
  • Pre-Fellowship training
  • All in-country logistics
