Highlights

  • Our partnership in Uganda was both our first and has been our testing ground for innovations since.
  • In 2020, we implemented the Teach observation tool and began piloting our peer-coaching program.

What’s next?

  • Our local team are supporting schools to implement our peer coaching program as they reopen after the pandemic.
  • Our ambition is to launch Uganda’s first in-serve diploma in expert teaching with Great Lakes University in 2022.
