  • Recall the partner’s role in how it supports an effective Fellowship, knowing how to leverage the partner to support with in-country tasks and the importance of getting partner buy-in to the 3 year model of Fellowship
  • Practise using tools and guides of how to communicate with partners pre and during Fellowships
  • Feel confident to broker expectation management of all stakeholders
  • Consider ways to manage cultural differences when collaborating effectively with partners
